Book in an hour of fun & mystery at the Jindabyne Escape Rooms. Home to three themed rooms in which you will try to successfully escape by solving the cryptic clues and puzzles.  You can also book a family treasure hunt experience which is perfect for younger team members. All sessions cater for 2 to 5 players.

The Snowies isn’t just famous for Mount Kosciuszko & its snowfall.  Jindabyne is actually ranked as the number 1 disc golf location in Australia! There are 4 unique and stunning courses to play a friendly game of frolf including Jindabyne Lake, Crackenback Resort & Thredbo Resort.  Pack a cooler bag full of favourite drinks and enjoy the scenery as your wander from hole to hole. You can hire discs from the Crackenback Resort office or pop into the Rip Curl store at Nuggets Crossing in Jindabyne and buy your own.

Thredbo has a jam packed opening weekend with headline DJs, ice sculpting & fireworks. 

Head to the Banjo Paterson Inn for retro Friday or dance the weekend away to the best party hits on Saturday and Sunday night!  The Banjo has a newly refurbished cocktail bar, sports bar & 2 eateries making is the one-stop-shop destination in the Snowies!

Holly’s (Holly Go Lightly) in Jindabyne is open 7 days from 3pm and is the perfect spot to enjoy a afternoon brew or plonk! The vibes are high at this little bar so settle in and stick around for the regular rotation of Djs & dig into one of their epic burgers from the food van!

Rainbow Lake 

Rainbow Lake walking track is a short and easy walk for the whole family, with great opportunities for picnicking, birdwatching, and enjoying the fresh Snowy Mountains air.

Porcupine Rocks 

Porcupine walk is a short, family-friendly walking track at Perisher in Kosciuszko National Park. Spot wildflowers as you climb to Porcupine Rocks for breathtaking views of the Thredbo Valley and Main Range.

5.7km return / 1.5-2.5 hours

Waterfall Loop

Waterfall walking track is ideal for a bushwalk, easy jog, and even birdwatching through Kosciuszko National Park, close to Jindabyne.

Sunset Hill

Can you find the locals ‘secret’ spot?! Sunset Hill is known for the best views of Jindabyne township & the lake.  It is a truly magical & one-of-a-kind sunset spot. You can find some helpful directions here>>

Mountain Biking

Bike riding is definitely not off the cards this time of year. Mt Gladstone mountain biking trails are open and ready to be explored. Find more info here >>
